Blechexpo 2013 – International trade fair for sheet metal working.
The practical trade fair duo of Blechexpo and Schweisstec takes place on a two-year cycle in the state trade fair centre in Stuttgart (Landesmesse Stuttgart) and is the only event in the world that deals with the complementary technologies of sheet metal processing and joining technology.
We cordially invite you to the Blechexpo 2013, the
international trade fair for sheet metal working in
Stuttgart.
Innovative cutting edge technology for the highest productivity.
Innovative cutting edge technology for the highest productivity. ACSYS presents itself at the Blechexpo in Stuttgart with innovations in the field of laser cutting and laser material processing.
The SHARK cut, the newly developed PIRANHA cut and also the OYSTER II will be presented to trade visitors from 5th to 8th November 2013.
Both laser cutting systems are suitable for both laser flame cutting and laser fusion cutting and can be reconfigured in just a few minutes. The PIRANHA cut is a completely new development. Its compact design is suitable for sheet sizes up to 400 x 400 mm², high contour accuracy (at ±20µm) and for sheet thicknesses up to 3mm. The SHARK cut can work sheets up to 700 x 1000 mm² in size.
An additional program-controlled dividing attachment can be deployed as a fourth rotation axis and manually controlled fifth rotation axis for interpolated laser cutting for both cutting machines. This makes the working of round components possible.
ACSYS laser cutting systems represent an exceptional innovation in the laser cutting sector – the camera system for laser cutting applications. The ACSYS LAS cut (Live Adjust System cut – pat. pend.) shows the interior of the laser cutting system on the screen. This allows cutting layouts to be placed precisely. This allows the ideal placing of new layouts. This reduces waste and waste products and shrinks set-up times to a minimum.
A further ACSYS innovation in the laser cutting sector is the ADC (Automatic Distance Control). This makes it possible to laser cut curved sheets. The focus of the laser is regulated to the ideal distance across the entire working surface by the automatic distance control and thus also automatically compensates for unevenness in the material.
The new OYSTER II makes an economical start with laser marking and laser engraving possible. Compared to the OYSTER it offers an additional program-controlled x-axis. The processing area is significantly enlarged whilst the external dimensions remain extremely compact. The OYSTER II is also a laser table system and offers the highest laser precision within an extremely small space.
The new developments do justice to the ACSYS philosophy of placing customer benefit at the core of their actions. The modular design of the laser systems allows customer-specific configuration and thus also remains open for future hardware and software modifications and extensions.
