Kornwestheim/Berlin – ACSYS, market leader in laser processing of dies and punches in the Mint industry, will be presenting various technological innovations at this year’s “World Money Fair” from February 1-4, 2024. At Stand D4, Hall 2, the supplier of high-precision standard and special machines in the field of laser technology will be presenting innovative solutions for flexible, resource-saving de-coating, engraving and polishing in the Mint industry, among other things. Users and interested parties can convince themselves of the most important advantages of ACSYS solutions: high flexibility in the consideration of even very special customer requirements, high performance, and independence in process design.
Alexander Aminidis, Head of Global Business Unit “Mint & Print”: “ACSYS is known in the industry for its innovative ability and has made the tool laser an indispensable process in minting technology. Visitors and interested parties can see this for themselves again this year at our stand”. Among other things, ACSYS will be presenting RAS – Rapid Area Scan, a solution in which the entire process of digitizing plaster models to create 3D models with subsequent transfer to CAD software through to engraving can be implemented in a single process or machine – cost-saving and at a very high processing speed. “The great advantage of our solutions is that they are compatible with any type of CAD software, giving all users a high degree of flexibility in design and engraving,” says the manager. With a specially configured interface to CarveCo, one of the most widely used CAD solutions in the coin industry, ACSYS is already meeting the requirements of many users.
