Options
In this area you can find an assortment of options for laser machining systems of the ACSYS Lasertechnik GmbH.
The shown images vary depending on the machine types.

LAS - Live Adjust System
The camera based LAS - Live Adjust System® reduces setup complexity considerably and enables a precise positioning also with small work pieces.
Thereby a continuous digital zoom function reveals the details of the workpiece. So layouts can be placed precisely. An exact preview already shows the target result on the screen in advance. New layouts can be created directly on the workpiece without additional measurement.

Depending on the browser, it may take a few
seconds until the film starts.
The LAS - Live Adjust System is able to recognize and read the data matrix codes out automatically. Its advantage is that an application lasered before can be controlled immidiately and directly.
The LAS - Live Adjust System exists in different versions. From the standard solution which enables a comfortable setup on the screen to the point of dual camera solutions with ultra high resolution scanning of surfaces.
Right: The component from the software point of view.
The software recognises the position and rotation of the component and marks or engraves at the previously programmed place. This example concerns very small plastic parts for high-precision ball bearings. In this example, 180 components were automatically
marked on a surface of 580 x 485 mm² in one work step
OPR - Optical Part Recognition
The optical parts recognition enables the fully automatic processing of non-palletised, loose parts. In the example on the left, the high-resolution camera recognises automatically the configuration and rotation of the die for striking coins and the laser applies frosting and a certificate of genuineness on exactly the same place each time.
ODC - Online Depth Control
μ-exact material removal on depth engraving and 3D engraving ensures high-precision results.
Free-form surfaces can also be sampled and digitised with the ODC module, making them easy to process.

A = Target depth
B = Actual depth

Software module 3D assistant
The 3D assistant enables a comfortable construction of complex 3D and micro engravings. A graphical preview simplifies the setup of the workpiece. Through an automated regulation of the laser focus, very deep 3D engravings can be realised in highest quality.
DFC - Dynamic Focus Control
The DFC - Dynamic Focus Control offers the modification of the focal point during the laser machining process. Therefore the free-form surfaces can be processed without optical deformations and loss of quality.
The time-consuming dissection of the layout in different focal positions is no longer required.

Double-focusing system with pilot laser
The double-focusing system illustrates immediately if the laser machining head
is in perfect focal distance to the workpiece. Furthermore, the correct focal distance can also
be calculated at areas which are difficult to access
or to measure. Additionally, the pilot laser function is implemented into the double-focusing system.
The pilot laser facilitate the correct positioning of workpieces under the laser machining head. The pilot laser not only marks the focus of the marking area, but also illustrates a fitting rectangle according to the layout parameters. Optionally, the fitting rectangle contour lines of all layout elements and by small layouts can be shown directly.
Precision package
The precision package is the basis for all systems with high accuracy requirements. It contains glass scales, the LAS - Live Adjust System® HD with high resolution camera, a T- slot steel plate and the
ODC - Online Depth Control.
Manual and electric swivelling galvo heads
An electric swivelling galvo head can be positioned continously from the horizontal to the vertical for laser processing on various sides of also complex workpieces in one workstep. Thereby, the precision retains completely. This covers a larger spectrum of workpieces and also saves a lot of time.
A manual swivelling galvo head allows the horizontal
and vertical laser machinig of workpieces and therefore enlarges the spectrum of the workpieces.
Optical characteristics
Optics bunch the laser beam to get the focus of the available energy into a most thin laser beam.
Then the energy attains effectively onto the workpiece for excellent results.
NC controlled cross table of
PIRANHA II with dividing head
Via this alternative cross table the working area is extended along the x- and the y-axes.
Exhaust unit
Approx. 90% of the arising respirable dusts by laser processing have a particle size exceeding 1ym (smoke). The powerful exhaust discharges these particles reliably and safely into a suitable filtre.
The flexible exhaust hose and the flex unit enable an individual adaptation of the exhaust unit on the most different workpieces and workpiece carriers. The connection nozzle for the exhaust with a nominal size of 44 mm is added on the rear panel of the laser system.
Readers for data matrix codes and barcodes
Readers for data matrix codes and barcodes can have different functions depending on application and software:
Generate, read, translate and doing much more with norm compliant barcodes and data matrix codes.
Positioning systems
(SHARK as example)
The positioning system places
workpieces
on the requested place
after manual
setting.
Safety light barrier
Safety light barriers demonstrate an additional security for machine operators. If an object attains between safety light barrier the laser system stopps the laser machining immediately and the barrier light switches from green to red.
High-dynamic linear drives
for precision cutting
High-dynamic linear drives cause not only
precision by laser machining
but also velocity
with a resolution
up to 2µm repeat accuracy.
