ACSYS laser machining systems can be used with no problems for very fine and precise welding processes, for example welding metals and plastics and for keyhole welding. The welding systems work without any material allowance. A flexible output and pulse design makes it possible to generate special pulse shapes and pulse trains for special effects.

The new fibre laser technology works with a very great focus depth. This also makes process-tolerant welding possible if the materials are different in thickness or are not perfectly plumb during the welding process.
