Based on the PIRANHA III Multi, this specially developed machine solution offers much more than just the familiar PIRANHA high performance in a very small space. The connection to a transfer system with small individual pallets creates a manual loading and buffer zone in the form of a circumferential belt. An NC-controlled rotary axis allows rotary machining of small round parts from all sides. The automated, seamless laser marking, laser engraving, and 3D laser engraving on the inside and outside of rings of all types is the primary task of this fully automated laser system.

Cross-industry solution:
The system allows highly efficient, automatic inner and outer marking/engraving in a single process. In addition to the machining of rings for the jewellery industry, this automated solution is therefore also ideally suited to machining other small cylindrical parts such as ball and slide bearings, drilling and milling tools, bobbins, etc. for the automotive industry, medical technology, measuring technology, the watchmaking industry, and for manufacturers of machining tools.
