MULTISHIFT from ACSYS offers a combination, unique in the industry, of fully automated pallet processing and high-precision robot handling. Either as an optional extra or in conjunction with another system, MULTISHIFT allows countless machining options. Your workpieces can be machined directly on the pallet or from multiple sides with the robot. Settings can be adjusted variably from one part type to another.
MULTISHIFT also offers processing with optical position recognition (OPR). During this process, your workpiece can be placed loose on the pallet. High-resolution, intelligent ACSYS camera systems form the foundation for this operation. MULTISHIFT can be integrated into existing host systems via database connection, allowing the automation of many batch tasks.

even the smallest of workpieces to be precisely positioned. The optical parts recognition (OPR) system enables the fully automated processing of loose parts.
For ODC (Online Depth Control), the material is removed down to μm level during deep engraving and 3D engraving, ensuring high-precision results. The Dynamic Focus Control (DFC) allows the optical tracking of the laser’s focal point during

Here, too, laser processing system operability has been combined with optimal ergonomics.Our support is based on the idea that you will be talking with someone who is familiar with all MULTISHIFT issues. We have just the people to handle both hardware and software.
In many cases, an on-site visit by a service technician is unnecessary. We have made it possible to connect all ACSYS systems directly to the ACSYS service center. After having received your authorization, we directly log onto your MULTISHIFT in order to immediately analyze and correct any operator, parameter, or programming errors. Online support enables our technicians to search specifically for faulty components.
The ACSYS gripping system enables sensitive components to be gripped without leaving any damage to the application. For example this is problematic with polished (finished), but also with particularly soft materials. The gripping force between 5 and 20 Newtons can be set individually for each gripping process.
Our customers from the watch industry for example, appreciate this option. Precious metal watch backs although highly polished are not damaged in any way.
The gripper fingers are made of a special plastic material. The optimal material was determined in several tests, which on the one hand is stable enough to guarantee the position of the component in the gripper and on the other hand prevents damage to the workpiece.
The gripper cooperates with the robot arm. We have developed the necessary software ourselves. This makes it possible to permanently monitor whether a gripped part is correctly located in the gripper.
The gripper's intelligent control system allows the gripping force to be permanently monitored and compares the current closing width of the gripper within the robot software with the gripping diameter to be expected, thus also determining whether the correct part has been transferred. The system also reliably detects inclined grips.
Another special feature of the system is the possibility of opening or closing the gripper only up to a certain width. This saves important / valuable cycle time in extreme cases.
