Foil handling PIRANHA works in fully automatic mode. The company-internal database connection ensures effective and error-free serial numbers and/or code supply.
The wide variety of design in fonts, barcodes, data matrix codes and detailed graphics can be selected in a work operation by cutting the desired sign shape. This makes it possible to create a set of signs.
In addition to foil handling, PIRANHA is also able
to perform "normal" marking and

LASER MARKING
Laser marking of foil is high in contrast and resolution, thus ensuring high reliability in reading and flexibility in content and geometry. Compared to conventional systems, foil is extremely resistant to thermal, chemical and physical loads.
The high-performance adhesive of special laser foil ensures an extremely reliable bond on various subsurfaces such as paint, steel, aluminium and many plastics.

HIGH SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
The specific material properties of the laser acrylate foil provides effective protection against forgery:
a high-performance adhesive substance and destruction of the label if an attempt is made to tamper with it. Customer-specific visible and hidden security features can be integrated into the foil by laser. When combined with the precision of the laser, this ensures the highest level of protection against forgery.
