
The PIRANHA turntable “Quadro” enables circumferential processing of four cylindrical parts in one workstep.
The rotary table offers the possibility for the user of loading and unloading the laser system during machining.
The NC-controlled integrated “Quadro” dividing head from ACSYS offers a maximum of productivity for circumferential laser processing of cylindrical work pieces.
The presented application are precision stainless steel valve bodies, which are labeled on the front and back.

Mechanical options:
- Rotary tact table with bracing for two working areas to load and unload workpieces during laser machining.
- Four workpiece carriers on NC-controlled swivels per working area for every workpiece on NC-controlled dividing head.
- Large optic (focal distance 254 mm; marking area 170x170mm²) allows synchronous marking of all pieces in one workstep.
- Workpieces will be marked on two different positions. Turning of the workpieces occur automatically by the software of ACSYS.
