LASER ENGRAVING
Unlike other processes, laser engraving involves no contact
whatsoever. The laser light is used to melt and evaporate the material.
There is no need to fasten the workpiece in place during processing.
Highly precise 3D engraving can be produced using the AC-LASER Software
together with a laser control system optimised for the relevant application,
and high-quality optical components.
This process is used especially if filigree texturing and engraving in moulds, dies or coining dies are required. Precise
3D engraving by laser is a great advantage especially in the area
of coin die manufacturing. Together with frosting, users can achieve a profitability advantage of up to 500% compared to alternative processes.
