The workpieces are placed on a Rollomatic pallet into the machine. The robot gripper takes a workpiece and moves it in front of the position detection module. According to the orientation of the workpiece it is placed below the laser galvo head and processed automatically. In laser machining process, the workpieces are processed by one or more sides. The roll cradle is configured as a dividing head. In the AC-LASER Software from ACSYS, the layout specifies at which location and at what angle the workpiece is rotated. After processing with the laser, the workpiece is discharged by a "catch". The robotic gripper places the next workpiece in the roll cradle, the machining process begins again.
